It is the special equipment for the assembled of amorphous alloy core transformer (amorphous transformer). It can supply to the allocation of various specification of the oil-immersed and dry-type amorphous transformer. It has changed the packaged technology of traditional distribution manufacturing by pre-assembling the winding on the lift platform of the erecting stage. The axes of the winding are on level condition and each single-core box horizontally penetrates the winding hole. The process of core folding, assembly closure, body insulation assembly, folder fasten are all completed on the erecting stage. In the process the erecting stage can be adjusted the height to meet the different assemble requirements.
The main motion mechanism adopts mail hydraulic system and has the features of stable disappearing end bumper, simple regulation and ample power.

main structure

The winding gear of the erecting stage applies the hydraulic system which includes oil pump, electric motor, and all kinds of valves, and all of which applies the component of Taiwan as the combination module and thus ensure the reliability, low noise, no leakage and 10MPA rated system rated working pressure, and the joint applies the HV tube connecting way which is easy and simple.
There is large –size lift platform (130*850mm) to meet the space needed by bearing structure and slipway device. There is also enough margin for the support operation.
The travel mechanism of left and right sliding loading board applies the linear guide drive way and thus it has the features of strong ability of loading, easy operation, accurate positioning. The loading board can be used as the vernier regulation of elevation and subsidencei, the regulation range is 100mm, and it can meet the service requirement. The vrenier regulation structure is with the plane bearing to alleviate the operation intensity of heavy loading.
The fixed platforms of the front and back apply lead screw drive structure, and control the backward and forward of the fixed platform of through swaying the hand wheel. The movement of the hand shake can fix the platform after the platform in the working position.
The left and right side of the erecting stage all apply the pressure structure with stick positioning which is used to press the winding and iron core of both sides of the erecting stage, and it also has the function of secure. It applies the lead screw drive structure and the effective travel of the single pressure structure is 500mm.
