Combined coil winder applies to the coil winding of amorphous alloy core distribution transformer and has the functions of that of LV foil coil winder and that of HV foil coil winder. It can also applies to the coil winding of reactor and other kinds of coil winding in the electrical industry.
The foil coil adopts the copper or aluminum foil of different thickness as the conductor, and the broadband-like insulation material as the layer insulation. The winding process is completed on the combined coil winder to form the package coil.HV coil adopts the round or rectangular cross-section wire as the conductor, and the broadband-like insulation material as layer insulation. The winding process can be completed by the force adjustable coil, automatic winding displacement installation, insulation layer supply devices and host winding machine of the combined coil winder to form the package coil. The shape of the coil can be round, oval and rectangular and so on.
The machine applies the PLC controlling system together with servo execution system. It has the features of high automation, functional advantage and so on. It ensures the axial directness compactness and width directness compactness for the coil winding. It can complete the HV and LV coil winding one off and therefore simplifies the technology and improves the efficiency.
All the functions of the equipment support the production of electrical coils which meet the standard requirements.
